The VNUS Closure procedure provides a minimally invasive alternative to treat varicose veins and their underlying cause which is venous reflux, with little or no pain. The procedure is an outpatient procedure and is performed under local tumescent anesthesia. Using an endovascular approach and advanced radiofrequency technology, the Closure system occludes veins thereby eliminating reflux.
